What Causes Blocked And Green Discharge From Nose After FESS Surgery?

dear doctor..i had fess surgery before one month.now i feel my nose is blocked and getting lot green material while nose blowing.the nose gets cleared when i use the nasal drops.after few i am getting nose blockage.what is the reason for this?am i getting recurrent infections?
