What Causes Blocked Sensation In Ears Cause Low Hearing Ability?

hi doctor, my right ear seems to have been blocked with air or something(not sure) all of a sudden two days back. I was having pain in both ears since six months which i was ignoring being busy. Some vacuum type sense is there now in my right ear. Not able to listen propoerly.Please help.
