What Causes Blood And Mucus In Stool With Pain During Urination?

I have a lot of mucus / puss and blood in my bowel movements, starts out hard then thin in shape (BM) with pain. after passing my stools (many in the morning) I sleep for awhile. also notice a little mucus in urine and sometimes slight pain when urinating. my feet and hands are red , swollen, hurt and sometimes I drop things. I have a sinus infection ...blood and mucus. muscles in legs twitch with pain in back and have to lay flat and stretch out leg for pain to go away ...this last for about fifteen minutes, then I get tired and sleep for a few hours.
