What Causes Blood And Pain After Urination?

Hi, I am 54 years and finished my periods about five years ago.Lately I noticed that when I urinate at the end of it I get a bit of pain (but not a burning pain) and when I wipe myself there is a little blood on the paper.This has never happened before.Is there an infection or maybe something else going on?
