What Causes Blood Clot Discharge From The Vagina?

Please type your query here...After about 2 weeks following removal of the catheter after TURP surgery I first got little black flecks in urine but no red urine. Next day and folllowing days I see 2 or 3 small blood clots when I pee but the urine is clear. Sometimes the clots look more like little dry chips. Usually after I pee there is 2 or 3 chips or small clots.
