What Causes Blood Clot In Between The Thigh Muscles?

Sir I had blunt injury to my thigh resulting in internal bleeding and haemotma. ultra sound report revealed that there is blood clot collection in between the thigh muscles causing pain and stiffness of muscle. I would appreciate if you suggest treatment non surgical . Thanks
