What Causes Blood Clot Stuck In Vagina?

hello, i'm having this kind of a weird problem it's been months that I'm having this blood clot stocked in my vagina, my menstruation have passed by and it won't come out. I've been taking up anti-androgen/contraceptive pills for about 4 months. Is it dangerous for me having this blood clot stocked in my vagina? I want to take it out but it hurts.
