What Causes Blood Clots In Between Knee And Ankle?
Hi,
I fell just over a week ago and bruised my knee badly. The bruising has lightened up and changed colors but traveled down my leg all the way to my ankle. I have to fly in two days. Two hour flight and can get up and move around, but should I be concerned about clots? Maybe take aspirin and/or wear support hose? I am 62, very healthy, 150 lbs, 5'4".
