What Causes Blood Clots In Urine After Implanon Insertion?

Hello

I have just had the implanon rod inserted into my right arm at 9am this morning. It is now 3:30pm and have just experienced blood in my urine. It bright red with small blood clots. I have never had an anesthetic or any contraceptive before.
