What Causes Blood Discharge During Urination And Presence Of Gallstones?

I have had a gastric bypass in 2011 and i had a large hernia afterwards which was repaired in 2014 my periods stopped for a long time then became regular but are getting back to normal know but last when I go to the toilet and wee when I wipe there is blood on the tissue I also have gallstones which started to play up in January please help has I am really worried
