What Causes Blood Discharge Even After Inserting Tampon?

Hi doctor,

I am a 27 year old woman who is married. i recently started using a tampon and realized that even after inserting the tampon, blood continues to come out from what i believe is my uterine tract. I think i have been bleeding from both tracts for as long as i can remember.

i am otherwise normal and have had regular periods for all my life. Kindly advice.
