What Causes Blood Discharge From Anus?

Hi, I am a 45 year old male, I take meds for high sugar levels, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and have had 3 stents at once 2yrs ago...recently I have experienced bright red blood from anus but no pain and only blood no faeces, I also suffer from terrible heartburn and sometimes nausea?
