What Causes Blood Discharge From The Ear?

Whenever I get out of the shower and clean my ear with a qtip (I don t push it in far just kinda dry it off basically) and there s been a very small amount of blood on the qtip when I take it out. It s only in my left ear. I ve had a lot of bad sinus stuff lately and I did have a swollen and infected tragus piercing about 3 weeks ago that drained and healed. I don t know if I need to be worried or not.
