What Causes Blood Discharge In The Stool?

Hello, I have just found blood in my stool. I feel very sick and dizzy. I have just had diarrhoea and feel very cold. I feel nauseas. any ideas of what this could be? I have not had it before and feel very worried. I want to know whether i should go to the hospital or book an appointment tomorrow morning. Thank you.
