What Causes Blood Draining Bumps On Scalp?

For two years I have gotten bumps under my scalp that drain blood. Some drain and it's over four tablespoons...they are in one area and won't go away. I was alergic to antibiotic and it made it worse-my face swelled. Nobody is requesting a biopsy...What could it be?
