What Causes Blood During Urination?

hi ,for the last two weeks i have been noticing pinkish color urine when wiping,it does not occur every time but it got me questioning.yesterday there was a good amount of blood when wiping so that got me worried.i don't suffer from any pain and I'm on no medication .what could be causing this ,and do i need to see a gynecologist?
