What Causes Blood Filled Acne On Lips?

I don't know if its acne on my lips or hormonal changes cause I just got off my period and I just got over a cold and I had few sinus issues then a few days after I got bumps in the corner of my mouth and i have one on my lip line I popped it with a needle and only blood came out of it what is it I'm freaking out
