What Causes Blood Filled Blisters On The Pubic Area?

I have small red dots that look kind of like pimples on my pubic area. If I pop them they bleed quite a bit and have a rubbery white core or ball in them. They are spreading. My sexual partner doesn t have anything like this so I don t think it s an std but she does have HPV. Also I m a male. Please help me diagnose this.
