What Causes Blood Filled Pimple On Labia Majora?

Hi, please I have round like pimples as if filled with blood on the right labia majora, a big one at the top and smaller ones below. I am pregnant in my 9th month and I've just observed them. They are not so painful but I feel them a little bit itchy.
