What Causes Blood In Bowels After An Intercourse When On Implanon?

Oki so age 19, 5'5 height, 140lbs, and no medical history pretty much. I recently had an IUD put in about a month ago. After recently having sex I noticed with my next bowel movement there was a little blood, but after that not again. Should this be something I should have concerns about?
