What Causes Blood In My Saliva?

I what to know what is the problem with in mouth, for sometime now I have been experiencing blood in my siliva when I sleep for a short while and get up to use the bathroom I went to the doctor she said I need cleaning I did and is still having the same problem what can I do I an getting scare
