What Causes Blood In Nose And Expectorate?

Hi Its cold here Temp is 4Degree. When I wake up in morning and took bath after that I spitted I saw Blood , then I again coughed and spit Dark Red Blood was coming . I am not suffering from cold or cough . little bit of blood was in my nose also . I lied on Bed and took warm water and now after 2 hours its ok.
