What Causes Blood In Right Paracolic Gutter?

Have you ever heard of the Paracolic Gutter? I got a copy of my post surgical report and in the initial presurgery indications, as well as slightly inflamed appendix. It was noted I had a small amount of blood in my right Paracolic Gutter of unknown origin. When I asked the surgeon at 2 week follow up he said he also seen it at surgery time but didn t know where it was coming from? He did say that sometimes it s from gynecological related but I had a complete hysterectomy. Any ideas?
