What Causes Blood In Saliva With Shortness Of Breath?

I am having blood in saliva every morning when I spit. I have been suffering from indigestion problem and felt suffucated and short of breath occassionaly. I felt like I have some blockage in my throat and feel too much phelegm in my throt. I do feel tightness in my chest but do not have any pain any where. Basically I am very energetic and active and really worried with my recent symptoms.
