What Causes Blood In Semen Post Masturbation?

Hi, yesterday I had a nightfall and today I masturbated. I saw blood I m semen. Not little, in fact the quantity was as much as my sperm while masturbating. I am very much worried. Please tell me what could be the reason and what should I do to get rid of this. Please help.
