What Causes Blood In Stool With Hard Stool And Diarrhea?

I have been having some bowel issues. I'm a 20 year old male and it started a few months ago. Every now and then I would spot blood in my stool. This alternated and sometiems I would have diahrhea other times just hard stools. I have a weird bm schedule. Sometiems I have one every three days other times sooner. Tomight I struggled to pass a bowel movement and I noticed small hard white clumps in the stool. It was mostly brown but there were definitely white parts. Just curious as to what could be going on with me.
