What Causes Blood In Stool?

I ve been feeling sick lately like weak. I ve been bleeding a lot when I go to the washroom. Going number 2. It s a lot of blood and super red like if you cut your finger. My stool is not hard, I don t have a problem going to the washroom. It doesn t hurt either, no burning or stinging. This has been going on for about a week.
