What Causes Blood In Stools Along With Fever In A Child?

7 yo, female, wt: 120lbs, complained of HA on top of skull, pain rated @ 5 on top of head, bright red blood in stool, toilet water, and on toilet paper earlier in day (about 1430), no urinary output since AM, nor has she had another BM. Her temp was 100.7^F at 2020. Child not complaining of any pain other than top of head (HA). Active with no signs of anything wrong all day until 2010 when I noticed she had red checks and checked her ears, which are red also (a sign something is wrong). She ate well at meal times and drinking plenty of fluids throughout day. As I type this she is still acting as she normally would, happy, talkative and ready to read a story. I gave her 10 mL acetaminophen (OTC) @ 2025, making sure she drinks fluids and have her resting. Is there anything I need to be concerned about and is there anything I can do at home?
