What Causes Blood In Stools Along With Gassy Stomach?

Can bbq sauce come out during bowel movements as a separated liquid appearing to be bright red blood. I have been watching my diet since I was told I had hemorrhoids inside. First I wondered if I was bleeding from dairy products somehow but I haven t had any in 2 days and had no blood yesterday. Tonight, the blood is back and the only thing I can think is I had bbq sauce on my chicken at lunch today. A couple days ago, I just passed gas in the toilet and a bunch of bright red blood had come out. I had bbq sauce that day too. Is this possible or should I be worried about something else?
