What Causes Blood In Urine After Having Sexual Intercourse?

Why is it when I urinate strings of blood come too? I had unsafe sex with my boyfriend but he doesn't have stds. We checked. And I don't feel pain or anything just a urge to pee and this is the first time I bled. Just like a dot. But I want to know what's wrong? Urgent please
