What Causes Blood In Urine And Burning Sensation During Urination?

I am a female and I think I waited too long to go to urinate. When I made it to the restroom it did not feel like I fully emptied my bladder. There was also a burning pain towards the end. I see some blood in my urine as well. I now have to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes, and I only produce a trickle with the burning pain at the end with blood. What have I done to myself?
