What Causes Blood In Urine And Discomfort In Back?

I have been daagnoisd with livel 3 . I have been to a speislize and it has been a few yeaers but I havent had any probles . Now the disconfort in the back is a bit much and I also have bee told I have blood in my urine . What can I do ? Please help .
