What Causes Blood In Urine And Painful Urination In A Diabetic Patient?

Hi, i have type2 diabetes and have recently been suffering from a multiple lower back perforations.Since a few days i have been having symptoms of UTI,Today on several occasions i urinated with blood.Its lumpy as commence to urinate,burning and pain is also there.please advice.Thank you in advance
