What Causes Blood In Urine And Stool Along With Elevated White Cell Count?

I m 50 yrs. old, and lately I ve got blood in both my urine and stool, an elevated white cell count and absolutely no energy w/some dizzy spells. I have an appointment in a few wks. for a colonoscopy and also have my small intestine checked, but I m curious what these symptoms can indicate.
