What Causes Blood In Urine, Lower Back And Abdominal Pain After Getting Implanon?

I have had the Implanon in my arm for a while & i recently have noticed blood in my urine for the past couple of days. I have not had my period since i have had the implanon. I have been under alot of stress lately. My lower back & abdoninal area hurts. Should i be concerned?
