What Causes Blood In Urine, Lower Back Pain And Fever?

Hi i am a 35 yr old female. 8 days ago I began feeling pain and small amounts of blood while urinating. My lower back and left ribcage upper area hurt as well as fever off and on. I am still experiencing all the symptoms but lower back pain and after urinating I feel a lot of pressure. I also go to the restrooms about 8 to 10 times an hour.
