What Causes Blood In Urine, Nausea, And One Ovary Larger Than Other?

I am not sure if I am in the right forum.... But I am an 18 year old female with mutliple health issues. I have had a UTI since December, it will not go away. There is constant blood in my urine. In Jan they found streptococus in my blood stream. I am in continuous pain. I feel nauseas all the time. Especially when I stand. Yesterday I had an internal scope and from what I could see my left ovary is five times bigger than my right. It was extremely painful when they tried to look closer at it. I feel constant pain in the left side of my abdomen and pelvic area. I don't know what to do or if the strep could be causing any of this. Some people have wanted me to submit myself to the hospital. I just want to feel better.
