What Causes Blood In Urine Post Ureteroscopy?

I had a Ureteroscopy with Kidney Stone extraction (One in my Ureter and another in my Kidney) Afterwards I experienced incredibly pain (at least a 10) the day after which sent me to the ER. The symptoms have gotten better and 2-3 days ago I was having very little blood in the Urine and very little pain. However randomly today the pain is slowly getting worse again and there is A LOT more blood and huge blood clots coming out everytime I urinate. Should I call my doctor or do i just need to keep waiting. (I've been drinking a lot of water ever since my surgery). Im not running a temperature (Average has been 97.3 F, and my average blood preassure has been 105-114/58-68. I am 26 years old
