What Causes Blood In Urine While On Antibiotics For H.pylori?

I am being treated for H. pylori and ulcer, I have been on antiobiotics and acid reducer for 2 days, today for first time I have blood in my urine. What does that indicate? I also have been having gallbladder attacks which I am supposed to be having surgery to remove gallbladder when the surgeon scheduler calls me back. I have been eating very bland, no acidy things like tomato sauce, no fatty foods, no gassy veggies such as collard greens or legumes, as these items caused pain which I can know attribute to either the gallbladder or the ulcer.
