What Causes Blood In Urine With A History Of Neobladder Surgery?

I have a neo bladder for 3 years, and just recently I had some bleeding when I voided. Coincidentally, I had some blood and urine test done with my primary for a normal physical. The urinalysis came back with WBC 11-30, and RBC 11-30 abnormal. What does this all mean. No pain during urination, but I feel a little tired. I am in touch with my urologist who did the neo bladder, and will be seeing him shortly for follow up.
