What Causes Blood In Urine?

1 am 27,5.1ft,i am diagnosed with fibroid,i have had blood in urine for the past 2months.i've been told by several doctors after a urine analysis,culture and ultrasound scan that mu organs are fine and that there is no sign of infection.what could this be?
