What Causes Blood Or Brown Spots In Semen?

In the last couple of days, I have noticed what may blood or brown spots in my semen after masturbation. It comes out in a thick clump with fluid. I don't recall an injury to my testicles. I did have oral sex performed on me over the weekend. What could be going on with me?
