What Causes Blood Spots In Urine After Having Sexual Intercourse?

i have suspicion of being pregnant due to missing my period in May. today after some sexual activity with my lover (in which he stabbed a little deep and it hurt) i went to urinate and i discovered orange blood with some red in the middle and i think little chunks. do i have a cist that popped? am i pregnant? id goto a doctor but i just moved to Kitchener so i have not set up a regular doctor yet
