What Causes Blood Stained Slimy Jelly Like Discharge From Vagina?

hi i had a stillbirth 12 weeks ago at 23 weeks and 2 weeks later had to go in for suction as not all my placenta came away i was on very strong antibiotics after and only bleed for a few day after since then i have had a bleed more or less every 2 weeks 1 normal period and 2 weeks late its like a period but a lot lighter lasting on average 5-7 days but in both cycle bleeds i have slimy jelly like discharge but blood stained any help please ty xx
