What Causes Blood Sugar To Be 301 In Spite Of Being On Glycomet Gp?

My dad is taking glycomet-gp 2 one pill three times a day, from last few months. today when I checked his blood sugar after many weeks I noted that his sugar is 301. What is the next step I can do to help him. Thanks.
