What Causes Bloody Mucous In Throat?

I was diagnosed with Sinusits 4 months back..Before that was smoking heavily ....After so many antiobiotics ,nasal sprays have not recovred yet fully..Every morning i have lots of mucus back at my throat with little blood in it ..Once i expell it out i feel relieved and cough is also there ..i ma not smoking since last 3 month
