What Causes Bloody Mucus After Having Sex?

after sex i used the restroom & when i wiped there was some bloody mucus stuff on the toilet paper, the rest of the day whenever i would wipe there would b blood on the toilet paper. then i started feeling itchy & burning down there. im having some cloudy discharge also.
