What Causes Bloody Vaginal Discharge While On Tamoxifen For Breast Cancer?

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2013. I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery and started taking tamoxifen in September 2013. Today, I noticed a bloody vaginal discharge. Is this something I need to see about IMMEDIATELY? I am leaving for a 2 week trip to Europe on Tuesday morning. Help...............
