What Causes Bloody Vaginal Discharge With History Of Tubal Ligation And Endometrial Ablation?

Seven years ago I had a tubal ligation and five years ago I had a endometrial ablation and stop bleeding completely. After showering I start to have bloody discharge and the last couple of weeks I have been cramping really bad. What is wrong please help!!
