What Causes Blotchy Lace Pattern And Redness On Palms?

I know that I have serious lung and liver disease, but I had a Dr. over 25 years ago tell me that I had a blood condition known in layman s terms as Lace. Now my hands and torso, as well as my back and thighs are becoming worse and worse. My liver enzymes are extremely high due to lung, liver, and cholesterol issues. AND I still smoke about a half a pack a day. I was diagnosed by Vanderbilt with Respirotory bronchiolitus - interstitial lung disease ( I know, I feel stupid even asking). At least my doctor was smart enough to get a second opinion. I was first diagnosed with IPF. I am 51 years old. The blotchy lace pattern and redness on my palms is getting hard to ignore. What do you suggest. (BTW...I also have low potassium, low iron, and hypothyroidism, and I still drink alcohol and smoke some). I know I deserve whatever it is, just wanting to know what doctor to go to. I have no insurance so my choices are limited. Thank you for any help you can give. Sorry, I didn t know I had to pay to get an answer. Thanks anyway...
